Nice hotel, affable staff, magnificent location very close to the old goa famous church. Location next to a taxi to a different part of goa and Se Cathedral and police station and fire brigade. Besides, excellent for visiting a Baroque Catholic church.

If you're looking for a convenient location in Goa, this hotel is a great choice. It's close to the Karmali railway station, making it easily accessible for those arriving by train. it's conveniently located near the center and the beautiful churches of Old Goa. the rooms are clean and the bathrooms have hot water, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel also offers a nice balcony, perfect for enjoying the surrounding coconut and banana groves.
The hotel seems to lack efficiency and organization, as mentioned by some guests.

I had a great stay at the Residency in Old Goa. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful churches and everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable extra bed, hot water service, and air conditioning. I was also pleased to find that there were no mosquitoes during my stay in March. The staff, although not overly friendly, were helpful when I needed assistance. I would recommend this hotel for a basic but convenient stay in Old Goa.
The WiFi didn't work during my stay, so be prepared to be offline. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, as there were undusted areas and dirty mirrors.
